General Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before completing your purchase.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help! We’ll gladly replace or refund items that meet the criteria outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive an incorrect item (e.g., wrong size, design, or color).
What Is Not Covered
- Buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind after placing the order).
- Incorrect size selection (please refer to our sizing chart before purchase).
- Normal wear and tear, or accidental damage caused by the customer.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
If your item meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

- Attach photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Review Process Once we receive your request and supporting information, our team will review it within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Replacement and Refund Process
- Approved replacements will be reprinted and shipped at no cost to you.
- Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank.
Important Notes
- All requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We may ask for the return of damaged or incorrect items in some cases. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Sale items or promotional purchases are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
